She is our superwoman! Mother of two beautiful boys, massage therapist and triathlete, her day seems to have 48 hours.

Hanna takes her training very seriously, and trains hard. Between 20 and 25 hours a week! No wonder she was the first woman to cross the finish line at Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2021! And, of course, she qualified for the much dreamed IM Championship in Hawaii. It is interesting to remember how triathlon came into her life and she did her first Ironman, when she was challenged by a friend of a friend who had just done an IM in Australia. Hanna didn’t hesitate and accepted the challenge, 6 months later she did her first half Ironman and 6 months after that she did her first full Ironman (2010).

After that a lot of things happened and Hanna moved to Portugal and after a 8 year break decided to celebrate her 40th birthday by doing the IM 70.3 Portugal in 2018.
Since then Hanna has dedicated herself and evolved a lot and is now one of the best triathletes in Portugal.

All this is only possible with discipline and organization, and of course, with the support she has from her mother and close friends.

Her favorite quote is

“Dream. Believe. Achieve. Anything is possible.”
