Fabiola, better known as Bila, is an incredible woman. She began her sporting career in swimming at the age of 4. By the age of 13 she was already a professional and had won several titles as a swimmer. It wasn’t until 2022 that she took up triathlon and soon qualified for an Ironman 70.3 World Championship.

Bila is 41, has three children (a pair of twins and a girl) and has the routine of a superwoman. She divides her time between her work as a businesswoman and swimming coach, triathlon training which varies from 12 to 15 hours a week and, of course, her routine with her children. Bila manages to balance all her dishes while still enjoying time with her friends, and the secret to so much energy is to put a target and a lot of passion into everything!
