Hi, I’m Natalia!
“An amateur triathlete with a passion for sports and for helping and connecting people, I discovered my true calling in the realm of social media and marketing despite holding a law degree.
Over the years, I have lived and trained alongside women of diverse nationalities, ethnicities, and social classes, spanning various marital statuses and family situations, as well as different age groups. Yet, they all share a profound love for sports. Each day, I glean invaluable lessons in resilience and perseverance from these remarkable women who enrich my life.
Having graduated in law in Brazil and residing in Portugal for eight years, my enthusiasm for sports has been a constant. However, it wasn’t until 2015, during my time in Ecuador, that I stumbled upon the enchanting world of triathlon.
Since relocating to Portugal that same year, I have been ardently pursuing my passion. I now dedicate myself to daily training for triathlons and have emerged as a significant figure in Portugal’s triathlete community.
Triathlon has not only revolutionized my athletic endeavors but also steered my professional trajectory. It was during my journey as a triathlete that the Women’s+ Project was conceived, marking a pivotal moment in my career.”
